STURGEON FARMING IN SWITZERLAND

Since 2021, In collaboration with Caviarsuisse and a large Swiss cosmetic company we have been looking into improving caviar extraction methods in farmed Acipenser baerii (Siberian Sturgeon), with a view to make sturgeon rearing more environmentally sustainable.

IMPROVING GROWTH RATES AND LIMITING MORTALITY IN SALMONIDS IN SWITZERLAND

In October 2020, we started working with Swiss company Phytaxis looking into the effects of there plant based feed supplement, digextra, on farmed Salmonids in Switzerland. The results were very positive and we look forward to helping establish Digextra in the aquaculture market.

INVESTIGATING THE EFFECTS OF THE FEED SUPPLEMENT DIGEXTRA ON TILAPIA GROWTH IN MEXICO

As of august 2022, we are looking into the effects of digextra on the growth of Tilapia in Mexico. This project is expected to last 6 months and is In collaboration with Regal springs, Phytaxis and Vimifos.
